Money Back Policy
- To qualify to return an item under this offer, Products must be in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new condition suitable for resale, and must not be damaged in any way by the customer during the time the item is in the customer’s possession. The Product is deemed to be in your possession until the Product is received by us pursuant to this offer. This offer only applies to the purchase of new portable carpet cleaning machines and pressure washers (excluding Typhoon models). A 15% restocking fee will apply to product returns that are not in original packaging and condition.
- In order to organise a return under these terms and conditions, you must notify Steamaster via phone on 1300 855 677 or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of taking delivery of your Product and request a return under this offer. You must comply with the directions of Steamaster staff in order to facilitate your return.
- You must provide us with the following information to validate your claim:
- Your name;
- Purchase details;
- The Product serial number, if it’s applicable (we will let you know if it is); and
- The reason that you’re claiming the Offer.
- The 7 day period within which you are eligible to make a return under this offer commences on the date that you accept delivery of your Product. Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the Product.
- The Product must be returned to Steamaster within 10 business days of your request to return your Product under this offer.
- You must return the Products for which you are seeking a store credit or refund at your own cost and you must comply with the directions for returning the Product that Steamaster staff provide to you. The goods will remain your responsibility during transit until such time as they are received at the address as supplied by Steamaster staff. Steamaster will accept no liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.
- After receiving the returned Product, Steamaster will issue a store credit or refund as soon as is reasonably practicable, less postage, a 15% restocking fee and credit card fees. Your refund will only be credited to the same credit card or bank account that you used to purchase the Product. We will not refund any freight charges incurred by you in in receiving a Product.
Our decision on all matters relating to the Offer is final. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions or discontinue the Offer at any time. If we discontinue the Offer we will still process claims made before that date and issue refunds if those claims are accepted.
The Offer is in addition to, and does not replace or limit, your statutory rights (including, if you live in Australia, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law).
