Please note that items will not ship until payment has been received in full. Once the item has been paid the item will be dispatched and you will be issued with a tracking number.
Please note refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. A product may be returned in 7 days from date of purchase provided it is in the original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way
Any shipping costs including the cost to deliver the product to the customer and to return the product to Steamaster will be the responsibility of the customer.
A 20% restocking fee will apply to product returns.
