We offer FREE shipping for orders over $500 to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, Newcastle, Wollongong and most regional areas of Australia (conditions apply).

“Ships Within 24hrs”
- Items marked ‘Ships Within 24 hours’ will be dispatched within 24 hours (1 working day) from the time an order is received.
- Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out the following Monday (except when there’s a public holiday or during Christmas closure).
Please note that items will not ship until payment has been received in full. Once the item has been paid the item will be dispatched and you will be issued with a tracking number.
Please note refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. A product may be returned in 7 days from date of purchase provided it is in the original packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new condition suitable for resale, and must not be damaged in any way by the customer.
Any shipping costs including the cost to deliver the product to the customer and to return the product to Steamaster will be the responsibility of the customer.
A 15% restocking fee will apply to product returns that are not in original packaging and condition.
