I’ve been in this industry for 30 years. I started off with Grace Brothers Cleaning Services. I was 8 years with them. Then I decided to leave and join Target Carpet Cleaning. I was with them for about 8 years and then decided, no, I’ll give it a go myself… So here I am. I’ve known Tam from Steamaster for about 5 years now. I bought some equipment from him when I had a big flood job to do. This was about 5 years ago. I had to buy a concrete cleaner from him. The after sales service has been absolutely fantastic. I would recommend Tam for any equipment that’s needed in the carpet, tile and grout, high pressure cleaning, anything like that. I’ve bought quite a bit of equipment from Tam now, mainly for hard surface cleaning… Chemicals, any other product that’s associated with the industry, id certainly recommend Steamaster. Their after sales service is fantastic.
