I purchased a pex 500 carpet extraction machine from this company on a lease plan only 4 months ago and I only had it for 4 weeks and the heater cord came out of machine took it to a electrician and the screws that hold the wires in were loose got it fixed then just recently 2 weeks ago the main power cord did the same thing I spoke to duy le about replacement as the power cords keep on coming out duy le replaced the machine with a polivac predator and just after using it once the pumps decided to stop working I tryed to call duy le on his phone with no response then called the office on friday to speak to him I got told by someone else that he was on another call and he would call me when he's free now its sunday tryed to call duy le since then and still no response if that's the way the do customer service and treat there customers it's not a very could look on duy le partread more
