I’ve been in the carpet cleaning industry for approximately 18 years now. I’ve had dealings with Tam on numerous occasions. We bought 3 machines from him to this point, and we’re looking to buy another updated machine. His service is undoubtedly one of the best in the industry. His customer service it outstanding. Nothing is a problem. I’ve recommended Tam to a few of my fellow colleagues for equipment and servicing. Any problems they had… well, no problem is a big issue for Tam to try and rectify if he possibly can. We are very happy with his service and I would recommend anybody in the industry to come and talk to Tam.
