If you would like to cancel the order or an individual item from your order please call Customer Service on 02 9796 3433.

What do I do if my order has been damaged in transit?

If your order has been damaged in transit, you will need to contact our Customer Service Team on 02 9796 3433. We will then arrange to have the damaged item returned to us, and a replacement one delivered to you.

What happens when no one is available at my address to accept my delivery?

If you are not available to accept delivery of your shipment, your courier may leave you a delivery attempt notice, with information on when the next delivery attempt will be made, or where you can pick up your shipment.

What if I have only received partial delivery of my order?

Please contact the carrier of your order to check the status.

What if my order has been lost in transit?
